The retreat is lead by highly experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher, Tamar Kelly. Tamar has been practicing since 1995 and teaching since 1999. She holds a Level 3 certification. Tamar is passionate about the Iyengar Yoga method; its depth, beauty, discipline and vividness, both physically and spiritually.

By completely removing ourselves from our regular routines and daily responsibilities we give ourselves space to become aware of our habits, our vulnerabilities, our needs and our strengths. We see ourselves more clearly. With this clarity we are better able to identify where we need work and develop tools to help ourselves both on and off the mat.

Going through this process, this deep practice in the beauty and serenity of Ubud, Bali, makes for a nurturing and long lasting experience. Come fill your cup!
