Join senior teacher James Bahuth for a week long immersion in the beautiful surrounds of Panestenan Ubud.

Commencing in the afternoon Monday 20th and concluding the late morning on the Sat 25th there will be four sessions a day including Sitting for Meditation, Pranayama, Asana.

A mix of more dynamic asana in the mornings and more restorative in the afternoons.

It will be nearly two decades that we have been returning to this sanctuary Santra Putra-Ubud and the beautiful environment in which to deepen your yoga practice.
