If you are unable to attend the meeting, you are entitled to appoint a proxy. A proxy must be a financial member of the BKS Iyengar Yoga Association of Australia. You may appoint as your proxy any member of the Association or a Director of the Board who will be attending the meeting. To appoint a proxy, please use the proxy form enclosed.

Proxy forms should be forwarded by electronic mail or by post. To be effective, your completed proxy form has to be received no later than 5pm, Tuesday 20^th September 2011.
